Staff and facility were clean, efficient and quiet. Pool area was clean and inviting. The bathroom had a simple accent wall and light/mirror that made the kids happy. The only complaint is that the location is somewhat hidden behind a drive behind some kind of other businesses, so it's a little weird getting to and sitting back behind some kind of manufacturing company(ies).

Had some issues with the bathroom smell coming out from the drainage shower, I believe. Also the carpets in stairs were nasty and they could do a better job cleaning them, the staff were nice at least and location was great

The property was okay but I don’t recommend. Bathrooms weren’t clean pubic hairs everywhere, sheets had stains, no kids channels on the tv, the elevator needs serviced very loud rumbling and shaking at every floor. Breakfast, & staff were the only pleasant thing about this hotel.

Awful!
We immediately checked back out. Bathroom was so tiny our knees hit the door. Pool has been broken and lets face it with kids thats the reason we book hotels over others. For the pool. No one was ever at the front desk.

Very nice being a little ways from all the chattanooga trafic, staff Very helpful and kind, only downside was pool was closed for maintenance and never saw anything done the 3 days i was there, very hot pool would have been nice.

There were large groups of men in the lobby drinking beer, playing cards that seemed fine. But the ones outside parked in their cars or standing in the parking lot watching you were off putting- or maybe it was the fact that there seemed to be a few young men walking up and down our hall shaking door handles at midnight when I have a room full of kids trying to sleep. The person at the front desk was super nice though. The room we had probably could use a deeper clean and the shower was disgusting! Curious what other rooms look like because the ice machine on the 3rd floor looks like it’s been growing mold for some time.
