"We had a beautiful stay, was comfortable, suggest a balcony room with the pool view, very relaxing. The only comment I have is there could be better lighting in the room and especially bathroom!"

"The staffs were super helpful. There was an issue with the washroom sink and it was fixed within 20 mts of complaining. The only inconvenience was that I had to go to the reception to lodge the complain as no one was responding to the call. I understood it was a busy time as a lot of check-ins were going in."

"We have stayed at the Ambassadeur Hotel multiple times over the years. It has a great location, under 10 minutes to Old Quebec and 10 minutes to Montmorency. Our kids love the pool, as the hotel keeps it nice and warm, not like many of the hotel pools we have stayed at which are absolutely freezing. Plenty of food choices nearby too. "
