"The room was a good size and spacoius, large bed with good facilities, the only thing that let it down was the smell from the drains, but that could be to do with the hot weather we’ve had recently."

"Nice and fresh room. Lovely staff. Extra milk/tea/coffee on corridor table and toothbrushes for those who require them. Dog bowls, treats and blankets if bringing your pooch. Food was lovely."

"The room was great, far better than a Premier Inn, the pub/restaurant was excellent and served lovely food. The added bonus of breakfast included in the price also adds to the value! We wholly recommend and would stay again if we visit Oldham/Manchester again!"

"Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Great food and reasonably priced. Would definitely book again."

"Fantastic property! Very accommodating and great service, highly recommend. Great breakfast as well."

"Room was clean. Good location"

"Our room was nice and clean. The staff were happy and helpful. The full English breakfast was delicious."

But the spa was not included in the room cost as described making it not worth £148 a night, the 4 poster bed was not as described in the online photos and the bedroom window opens up over another rooms private hot tub where they allow other guests to smoke all night filling our room with smoke."

"Friendly staff. Upon arrival, there isn’t a person permanently at the check-in desk…not really a problem, but if there was a sign directing newcomers to the bar for assistance, that would help. I wish there were fridges in the rooms. But the shower was great, room was clean, and a kettle for tea/coffee worked great. And the food available at the attached pub is excellent. Just be careful as the pub is popular and while there is plenty of parking for residents, it’s shared with the pub. And the...
