"The communicarion regarding our stay was excellent. No surprises. We heard from the staff before, during and after our stay. We had one minor problem (no wifi) and they had it fixed quickly. The location was just what we were looking for - close to Vanderbilt Hospital. "The owner was very easy to communicate with. The place was absolutely gorgeous and very clean when we arrived. It is in a gated complex which also made it feel safe. It did not look like any of the pictures though. Also our unit had an extra bedroom then we expected. "
