Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Cheatham

"I really liked this hotel. The front desk agent was very nice. There was some wear and tear, but that is to be expected; overall, the room was nice, spacious, and well decorated. The only two downsides are the absence of shelves and at least one safety bar in the walk-in shower. It's nice to have complimentary shampoo and soap, but it's a hassle for guests who prefer to use what they brought. I will stay here again."

"We were booked for a four night stay, but our door keys stopped working two nights in a row. Otherwise, great stay!"

"The floors were extremely sticky I couldn’t even walk in my room with no shoes."

"Housekeeping did not knock before entering our hotel room and we woke up thinking the worst. Very unprofessional and this incident should have never occurred. Please make sure this doesn’t happen to any other individuals."

"Really appreciated this hotel from the front desk to the breakfast crew to housekeeping. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I only encountered 1 instance that an employee wasn’t over nice- it didn’t bother me at all though. Everyone has a moment once in a while. Thank you for a great stay."

"Matched pictures for listing exactly. Location was prefect with everything you need within a 1 min drive. Easy access to the interstate as well."

"Staff were super nice. Hot breakfast. Hotel and rooms were very clean, and i liked the layout of the king room we had. It was very comfortable."

"Hotel omitted advance notification that dignitaries were in town resulting in over 6 hours of room access. Nor did they offer any form of remedy. S6aff was minimally helpful once a complaint was filed and even less so upon discerning that the reservation was made through Expedia rather than directly with Hilton or Doubletree. All of is extremely regrettable as I have stayed there many a day in the past, but this is a relevatively new management team. Shame."

"I had to have the comforters changed when I arrived because they were stained. The lights in the bathroom were hanging down, the elevator door got stuck partially open so you could not enter, only one ice machine was working down stairs, they did not have breakfast items such as waffle mix etc. even at opening of breakfast at 6 am. We left a day early. I do not mind older hotels but this one was maintained poorly and unsafe."

"The staff was pretty cool, I was able to check in and check out with no problems. Breakfast was breakfast and the room was clean"
