"My husband and I recently stayed at the Hilton Barbados Resort, and overall, the experience was average at best. "Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian.
