Hotel Butik di Cheektowaga

"The staff were very nice and friendly. They always had service with a smile."

"Overall great experience"

"Everything was pretty modern, but it was dirty. The coffee area was all dirty. There was a cigarette on the floor in the checkout area. That was there for two days. There was something on the floor in our bathroom and I had to have somebody come and clean it, and there was hairs in the tub. I won’t be using this place again when I come for the football games."

"Todo muy bien me encantó"

"Dirty common spaces. Wrinkled bed linens. Dark halls. Not great. Would not return."

"I got a room with a king bed and a jetted tub. When we got there our room was ready, the tub was clean, the bathroom was clean. Parking, breakfast, wi-fi was included in the price. We were literally just a few feet away from a bar that stayed open decently late (10pm at least) which allowed me to get a snack and a beer after I got a good soak in. It was also close to diverse food options although a vehicle was needed to get to the options on nearby transit road. 5/5 would recommend."

"Staff were wonderful. The fan and second light in bathroom did not work. We didn’t mind about the light but an exhaust fan was definitely needed. Pool was out of order per staff it has been since February, we stayed in November. Breakfast was typically cereal, muffins and coffee."
