"The room was compact but well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no daily service in the rooms, but you can schedule service for an additional charge. Fresh towels are available from the front desk; paper plates, clean glasses, and toilet paper are available in the lobby 24/7. The neighborhood is safe and easy to walk. The Gloucester Road Station is 3 blocks away. There are 2 grocery stores near the station, and there are at least 10 restaurants on the same stretch of road. The V&A and the Natural History/Science Museum are an easy walk. We are very happy that we chose this property for our base in London. "
