"Fantastic location, friendly staff. Rooms are a bit on the small side but definitely did the job. Our room had an amazing view from the Empire State Building all the way to Hudson Yards! Breakfast was not much to be desired but not the worst I’ve seen. Coffee was good and hot! Free baggage hold til midnight the day of checkout was a definite advantage. Clean room, friendly staff, great location and the price was definitely right! Would definitely stay there again next time I go into the...

"Staff were great. Rooms were very small (mid-town Manhattan) with no closet, no place to sit down except a small backless stool, The restaurant was expensive and packed. The elevators were VERY slow. It had 4 elevators for more than 35 stories but one was always out of service. I was staying low (floor 8) and the elevator would frequently just cancel my selection and I would be taken up into the 30's, back down, and try again."
