"We had an excellent stay at the Lamb Inn! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and attentive, the room was impeccably clean and cozy, and the food was delicious. Best vegetarian Sunday roast I’ve had! The breakfast buffet had many vegetarian options too. We’ll happily return whenever we’re in the area next. Highly recommend!"

"Luxurious room! We splurged for the nicer room and wow! Wonderful staff, good beer selection. We needed to leave early the next morning so the chef packed us a picnic breakfast with lots of fruit, a blt sandwich, crackers and jams and cookies. Ate it on a hill overlooking a field of sheep and the town below. So memorable!"

"this historical hotel situated right next to this quiet river at lower slaughter, the very peaceful and scenic area where our whole family enjoyed our stay so much. Although the hotel itself inside has long history, they maintain it very well, it even makes the whole place different to the other brand new places. the highlights is they provided freshly made breakfast everyday for us, varies options and very delicious. thank you for the stay and we will recommend this to everyone."

"The hotel is in the most beautiful, perfect spot in Bourton. However considering the cost to stay, the standard was very poor overall. The hotel was very grubby, lumps of dust and grime on carpets throughout. We were told to help ourselves to what turned out to be dirty cutlery at evening meal & breakfast. When we arrived there was one member of staff manning the reception and serving meals, who was clearly new and had not had any induction so was clueless when asked about where to park (car...

"The Old Stocks was our favorite stay in the UK despite having stayed at many 5 star hotels. The outside patio is beautiful and relaxing. We loved our breakfast server who showed us a nest with baby doves. The avocado toast was incredible! The location is perfect for hitting all the shops in Stow and for visiting other towns. They have designed the hotel in a way where it has character and a funky modern style. Can’t recommend enough!"

"Welcome was lovely, room was really pretty with nice touches, pretty noisy though, you'll be lucky to get a solid nights sleep. Breakfast wasnt great either sadly. Overall though it was a lovely, pretty, welcoming hotel for a single night stay."
