"I had a nice stay at this hotel the restaurant was great, food cocktails.
The only negative I have is the airport shuttle I booked was nearly 20 minutes late. The staff had to call the driver twice."

"Room was not ready for 3pm check-in and became available at about 3.40pm. After being in the room for approximately an hour 2 people walked into my room after being given the same room. I called the front desk and go was going to call me back but no phone call. I then went down to speak to them. Got a sorry but nothing else. Positive: close to airport and the shuttle bus. "

"We stayed at the Sydney Harbour Hotel for one night pre cruise. The location is excellent being close to the cruise terminal, the Rocks, market of various kiosks, restaurants and bars. It was very convenient the following day walking to the cruise terminal with our bags.
Staff were very helpful and professional at reception.
Our room was reasonably spacious, clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. Our only concern with the room was its far location from the stairs and elevator.

"Room was ok, the shower was very hard to manipulate so ended up standing on the edge of a boiling hot stream of water. No room service which was disappointing. Coffee at breakfast not fabulous, recommend going for a long black and adding milk as it’s powdered milk in the machine. "

"There was no hot water for my evening and again for my morning shower. My colleague on another floor tells me his shower had no water halfway through and he had to wipe soap off himself without water.
We advised reception on morning checkout and they said yes they understand there seems to be a problem.

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza one night post cruise to be near the airport for an early-morning flight to Canada.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had to leave the ship by 8:15 am and although there were no rooms available when we checked in, they were able to give us our rooms by 11:30 am.
Our room was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable.
We had lunch and dinner in Biggles in the hotel and the food was very good. The breakfast...
