"We booked a King bed for 3 nights. After a long day of travelling we arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm. We called the hotel a few hours earlier (around 7pm) to inform them that we are still coming and to confirm our reservation - they acknowledged. Once we arrived at our hotel the duty manager Amandeep Singh said the room is still no ready and to wait 20/25min for the room to be cleaned. That is completely unacceptable. Accueil impeccable (personnel souriant et soucieux de rendre service, on vous porte les valises), on m'a même acheté mon ticket de métro pour partir, très tôt le matin, parce que j'avais peur de ne pas pouvoir le faire à la station et l'application ne prend pas les cartes internationales ! C'est très propre, neuf, et très bien placé : un peu en retrait donc au calme, mais à 15mn à pied du métro, près de l'aéroport, près d'un très joli temple (Vadapalani, 20mn à pied)....
