Bianca at the reception was most courteous, helpful and friendly - she even helped us carry our luggage from the car. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center. Leider mussten wir nach einer Nacht schon weiterfahren, aber das gemütliche und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer werden wir vermissen. Das Essen (abends und Frühstück) war herausragend, 12/10! "Stayed for 3 nights down from Scotland for a family celebration. A beautiful hotel with ample parking. Staff super friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast at the hotel but this was excellent. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the decor is absolutely stunning. Only tiny grumble i could have is that it was stifling hot during our stay, as it is an old building no AC, hotel provided us with desk fans in our rooms but the Didn't make much difference. Good shower and free toiletries. Very comfortable...
