"My sister and I had a great few days' stay here - we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and our room was ready a bit before standard check-in time, which was a nice surprise. The room was nice and decently appointed. We weren't spending much time in the room so it wasn't too important to us. Bar Mason was convenient - and the food was tasty too! Service at the bar was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Guelph."

"There isnt enough room in this message box to list the many MANY issues with this place. If you own a tent, that would be an upgrade from this place. Out of all of the digusting things and violent people next door banging around so hard my beds headboard shook, i would say the worst thing was the fact my door wouldn't lock and i only realised that in the morning. I accidently tried opening the door without even thinking of the lock and it opened. I wondered if maybe i spaced out and unlocked it...

"parking was easy enough but due too much rain i couldn't see the bad holes in the lot. didn't use a/c but heater & it worked fine. check in took longer than i liked due to attendant was away from desk for almost 10 minutes. There was a note there but didn't say when they'd be back.I already pre paid on Expedia otherwise i would have walked out to go elsewhere .The man was pleasant enough though when checking me in ,apologizing for being away from the desk. Our room was clean though & everything...

"I was happy overall with our stay. Breakfast was good. Love that you can have tea in the afternoon. The only downside was the outside door to our room. I thought it was a great advantage except I could not access from outside. And The parking spot outside that door should be marked for the room as well. Overall the stay was great. "
