"The beds in the rooms are in an advanced state of deterioration; upon sitting, they sink considerably, reflecting a clear lack of adequate support. Furthermore, there is a pervasive and unpleasant odor throughout the entire hotel. I formally requested to be relocated; however, the alternative room offered was smaller and featured beds that were equally, if not more, unsatisfactory."

"When I learned that that breakfast was not served I was disappointed and maybe I did not see the note stating that. Over all I liked my stay ."

"The room I was provided with had a pee smelled Luckily they gave me another one but still I think it has to be with the pet friendly stuff.. idk if it was dog pee . Staff was helpful tho"
