Breakfast was ok hot. Tub broke, TV in room broken Room smell of old cigarette smoke Carpet in hallway smell very bad No screen in hotel windows mirror in bathroom Cracked… I wish I didn’t broke the hotel I would love to get my money back

Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach Town Center by IHG
The room was nice, clean, modern. However…No buffet breakfast. Desk Phone didn’t work in my room. No ice machine on the 8th floor. One hour later (12pm) check out was an extra charge. No bellhop. Not many restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed.
