The staff members were polite, kind, helpful, and thoughtful. The room was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of parking. The lobby area was fun and vibrant but the rooms and the floor was very quiet.

Staff were great with check-ins..Our toilet kept running water because the commode wouldn’t fill with water. Called front desk and they said they would get maintenance. Maintenance called two hours later when we were ready to go to sleep. We told them come fix it the following day and no one did. ...
