"Instructions for using the TV and operating the heating as it was extremely hot in the house would have helped although we only used it for a place to sleep close to the airport. £50 for cleaning is extortionate for cleaning some towels and some bed sheets ; have stayed for a week in places where it didn't cost that much and if it had been made very clear prior to confirming the booking I wouldn't have booked and looked elsewhere. Few recommendations to consider: - non-slip bathmat and handle - differentiate guidance booklet for visitors and for cleaning staff - hand towel in kitchen (overlooked, easily done) - sometimes noisy late evenings and early mornings. Great place, and overall very happy. Brilliant location and I would recommend to friends. I will be returning :)"

"Excellent property for family of 6 adults and two children. Could do with a safety gate to keep little ones safe on the stairs but excellent place to stay. A little noisy in first floor bedroom as the window catch was broken so the window did not shut properly but did not dampen our stay "

"Such a nice apartment and so well located I will definitely stay again if price is comparable to hotel. 5min walk over lovely old bridge to Chester historic centre, near to good local pubs (we did a pub quiz one night!) and a CoOp opposite to get provisions from. Kitchen really well stocked with every utensil / crockery you could need and also providing salt and pepper (little touch, often missed by apartment rentals) All other anciliary items work well (tv, iron, heating, lamps etc.) Again,...

Was a bulb or 2 out wich dont seem much but when you want the landimg light on of the kids on a night is a bit of a ball ache.the parki g ouside was a nightmare its a dead end and you cant turn round if theres other cars in the street. Also could have done with some cind of camp bed or pull out upstairs for third child.But im nit picking coz the house was lovely. And we all enjoyed our stay. "
