Few recommendations to consider: - non-slip bathmat and handle - differentiate guidance booklet for visitors and for cleaning staff - hand towel in kitchen (overlooked, easily done) - sometimes noisy late evenings and early mornings. "We had a very comfortable stay in this quirky, modern, stylish house. The situation was excellent for accessing the town centre and it was lovely to be situated directly next to the canal. Although the house was in very close proximity to the road bridge there was no noise disturbance.The house was clean and well equipped. The main bedroom was warm and the bed was very comfortable. The tables and chairs outside looked inviting but we did not make use of them as we visited in wet and windy...

"Instructions for using the TV and operating the heating as it was extremely hot in the house would have helped although we only used it for a place to sleep close to the airport. £50 for cleaning is extortionate for cleaning some towels and some bed sheets ; have stayed for a week in places where it didn't cost that much and if it had been made very clear prior to confirming the booking I wouldn't have booked and looked elsewhere. "Was a really nice house. Was a bulb or 2 out wich dont seem much but when you want the landimg light on of the kids on a night is a bit of a ball ache.the parki g ouside was a nightmare its a dead end and you cant turn round if theres other cars in the street. Also could have done with some cind of camp bed or pull out upstairs for third child.But im nit picking coz the house was lovely. And we all enjoyed our stay. "
