"The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived.
I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room.
I stayed for 3 nights, two of which had road closures outside the hotel . On the Sunday the road was closed from 7 am to 1 pm so could not leave unless you walked - and...

"I would prefer it hotter but it was warm enough. Food was delicious, very good quality, staff extremely helpful and friendly, spa is beautiful with wide range of facilities. "

"Property location is good and staff worked hard to please guests.
Condition and cleanliness of the property isn't great, and proximity to the road was an issue in my room - every time a HGV hit a pothole outside the floor of the room shook."
