"Wow, what a follow up. After the worst stay in a hotel in my life, I asked for a refund. I was given only 1 of my 2 nights, so pushed back as to why. The hotel told Expedia that I had not spoken to the front desk "to give us a chance to put things right". "All staff were lovely and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Plenty of choice on the breakfast menu. My only criticism if you want to call it that is that the actual bedrooms & bathrooms are all tired looking. Could do with a revamp and a colour injection. Pool area also could do with sprucing up."
"Premier Inn remains my go-to choice after trying several similar hotels. The room size is good, layout is smart and functional, and the bed is comfortable. The staff were all very polite and I was touched to see a staff member (taller girl) patiently serve breakfast to an elderly guest in a wheelchair. Exceptional service!"
