We ended up leaving after 3 nights because of the tweezers living in the room next to us. This place is really gross. Julia the receptionist was very kind though. "

I understand things happen but this seemed to be an ongoing issue after talking to some of the others who were staying there. I love the location but I expect hot water when I’m paying for room."

"The lobby staff was great and very polite. While they originally gave us a room near their “condemned area” that was taped off with caution tape. When I went back and said that I was not comfortable in an area under construction in that manner, she was very quickly able to give me another room in a different area of the property."
