The pool area was dirty (hair and bandaids visible around the perimeter, dead bugs in the pool from a door that was propped open, etc) and in need of renovations. We arrived for breakfast at 9:15 and most items were out (eggs, waffles, oatmeal, etc). When we asked about more, they said they were out. "The room we were given was right adjacent to the outside bar. couldn’t open the shades for sunlight without people looking right into the room! was entertainer playing guitar which was loud in this room and we couldn’t adequately rest. staff did offer to move us be we had an event to get to so wasn’t time to pick up our things and move u til we got back but by then it was new staff at desk. disappointed with this room"

Was woken up twice by staff but wasn’t able to sleep anyway because there are no blackout curtains and the air conditioning started making a screeching sound in the middle of the night. "The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby. The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool."
