"Don’t get me wrong the hotel is convenient and could be a decent place to stay. However, the experience was ruined by poor service and unacceptable cleanliness. The front desk was friendly at check-in, but once I got to the room, it was a disaster from there. The sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels all had black and brown stains. It honestly looked like nothing had been cleaned, which felt extremely unsanitary. I went back to request a room change or housekeeping. They wouldn’t move me, so I asked for the room to be cleaned. After leaving for a few hours, I returned to find only the sheets and blanket changed. The pillows and towels were still stained. I complained again and was told to bring all the linens down myself if I wanted clean ones despite housekeeping still being on site. That’s unacceptable. Later that night, I finally did the exchange. That’s when I met Ms. Shannon, the night auditor. She was kind, respectful, and immediately apologized without me even saying much. She quickly provided fresh linens and showed the level of service that should’ve been there from the start. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of cleanliness and poor handling by the day staff is concerning. Big credit to Ms. Shannon, she was the best part of the stay."
