"The staff was beyond amazing! Never had a group of people be kinder and I was there with my 84 year old mother and 15 year old daughter! I felt terrible for the single man on parking this morning when he was trying to get 50+ cars out for an 8 am game. Hilton - I am an honors member and please staff better for Jefferson Cup - it is 4 weekends! Your staff deserves that support because you should be so proud of the job they do. By far me best Hilton yet!!!"

"Desk staff was nice and helpful getting me checked in and fixing my room key card when it didn’t work. They were great. Just being honest - overall, the room I had was pretty run-down. I didn’t even want to sit in the chair. That being said, I saw no bugs and nothing dangerous so it was fine for 1 night."

"On our way to the hotel, we received a call that our room would not be ready on time. Upon arriving, we had assumed parking would be free as the hotel is over a parking garage, but were told that we would have to use the parking lot across the street (23$/8hr) or the valet service who owned the garage(51$). We ending up using the valet service and the gentleman from PNC were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were less friendly. Everyone seemed in a rush to get things done....

"Got to the hotel and was quickly greeted by staff to check in. Room was spacey and nicely cleaned and set up. My mom stays in hotels often and is picky and this was her favorite one to date! I plan to stay here for future trips due to our amazing experience with this hotel and its staff! "

"The items in the room needs to be changed or upgraded. The heater/Air conditioner was too old, it’s very loud while it was on, it keeps making a loud jump noise every 15 mins. I keep waking up every few hours. Didn’t have a good sleep at all. I had to shut off the heater in order to sleep. The toilet was very loud, everytime my husband flushes the toilet, it sounded like a gun shot. It scared me 2x during at night, while I was sleeping. It was so loud, I actually woke up. "Charming spot and the valet and front desk team were lovely. However, our room smelled musty and there was no hand soap in the bathroom requiring us to pump body wash from the shower every time we washed our hands "

"Their internet Never worked. One of the elevators got stuck. Luckily, it didn't get stuck while we were in it but someone else was. "
