"We had another great stay at Residence Inn Bala Cynwyd! The location was great for everything we were in town for. We love that it’s right on the river and you can walk across the bridge to restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We appreciate that the fan runs in the room so you never hear others. "Great experience. New, clean, comfortable and good service. Nice breakfast and convenient location.
No room cleaning for 3 nights. I did not ask for it but that is the only area that I would have a minor complaint."
"Vanessa (check-in), Tracy (check-out) and night auditor were helpful and had excellent guest service skills. The TV and air conditioner worked well, which is often a problem in other hotels at a similar price. The full breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking. Overall, the phrase that comes to mind is the hotel offers good value for the price paid. Thank you. "

"This was a nice property staff was very friendly. I came for work which was walkable to the office building. There was a large breakfast selection which was nice to have as well.
The only negative was the tub drain was slow draining so every time I showered, the water would fill in the tube, then I would have to clean the tube from the soap residue. "

"Wonderful location, excellent in cleanliness! No issues during my entire stay. Didn't use the pool but it was rather small- all the children in the pool were enjoying themselves immensely. Breakfast was a nice assortment of hot and cold options. Definitely would stay again. "
