"I was a little nervous to stay here because of the polar opposite reviews, but my stay was excellent! Hotel was super clean, staff was nice, location couldn’t be beat. Now the outside has an “older” appearance but the inside seems to have been recently renovated. My only issue was the bathroom, I’m 5’5” and it was cramped in there and the shower head was just at the top of my head and the toilet was very close to the wall. The rest of the room was spacious though. I didn’t have the breakfast so I couldn’t fairly rate it but even so, there’s plenty of coffee shops/cafe nearby. The Prudential MBTA station was also a quick walk away. I can also say that if you have a lot of luggage/mobility issues, there is a small set of stairs to get to the first floor, there is one of those stair lifts and the staff was eager to help me carry my bag up the stairs (it was maybe 5-10 steps). I would definitely recommend this hotel and would personally stay here again!"
