"The room was clean and check in staff very polite. Check out staff was a little rude when i informed her that an era was done with my check out rate. But things was taken care of by manager. All in all my stay was pleasant."

"The hotel and property were gorgeous. They only had two elevators and one was broken, so we got to use the stairs a lot. The property is huge and with one working elevator, there was always a long line. They also forgot to replenish things like the wipes for the workout equipment. You had to tell the staff what was needed. The coffee shop was super slow and you also waited in a long, slow line there. Better to leave the hotel for,coffee.
