"No food, room not very clean, heating turned off at night"

"The property looked really cool and is rated as 5 Star but I would give it 3.5 stars at best. The room is very small, the toilet is in a tiny space (looks like a small linen cupboard) which is hard to get into to sit down. The folding shower screen was fitted poorly, missing screws and does not close properly. The restaurant dinner and breakfast were over priced. There was limited parking but thankfully we arrived early and were able to find a space. The road noise outside our room woke us early...

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"El estacionamiento está muy incómodo para ingresar. Además cuando entramos no había lugar y tuvimos que dejarlo en los estacionamientos públicos. El desayuno estuvo bien. Te dan un menú y hay algunas pocas cosas para agarrar estilo Buffet. Pero si buscas el English Breakfast vas a salir contento. La habitación amplia. Baño con bañera. Tener en cuenta que hay que subir por escaleras y pasar por el bar que está abajo del hotel."
