una brutta esperienza
camera quadrupla al penultimo piano, letto a castello per le due figlie, senza scaletta per salirci, e senza protezione ( alla fine quando ha provato a salire nel letto di sopra si è sentito un colpo e abbiamo spostato il materasso per terra...) niente frigorifero in camera ( nonostante fosse previsto) e niente carta di credito al pagamento (nonostante previsto in descrizione), pagato con bancomat. In complesso personale gentile , ma è l'unico lato positivo. Ah, dimenticavo : scenetta con altri clienti che lamerntavano scarsa pulizia del materiale per colazione (lattiera con incrostazioni) interpellata (al telefono, mai vista in albergo) la responsabile, diceva che erano esagerati.....
