I believe there are good intentions but the execution is lacking. Checked in and the staff told me I look tired and I should go take a bath. This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from old town and a lot of shops and restaurants close by. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Nice amenities and pool area was very nice. Would recommend this hotel.
