"We had an issue with the staff member - who denied to contact the pizza guy/delivery guy who had been waiting for us in the reception but we were never informed that he was there - so when we went to the reception to find out why the pizza was taking so long, I saw one car leaving when I arrived and only then she informed the guy waited for a while and had just left, so when I asked for her to call him asking for him to return since he was maybe 2 min away, she denied and was very very rude...
