Everything was wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and told us all about the villa and its history. The place is very authentic and cozy. We had a great time!

Great communications ahead of our stay, and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. I really cannot compliment them highly enough. We were even shown into the breakfast room early on our last day and were able to take a packed breakfast for our journey. The breakfast was varied, and the restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The service and food were always excellent. The setting is perfect, right on the lake. The parking was handy but we didn't need our car during our stay - it's...

We stayed at a really quiet time in January. The hotel and room were spotless and spacious and the hosts could not have been more welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely setting, beautiful hotel with a great heritage, fantastic food, amazing views and very friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay.

A beautiful and tranquil b&b. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. It is very hard to get to by public transport if you are hoping to explore lake como but we were picked up from the station and lent bicycles for our stay which was so helpful and made a really nice addition to our holiday (we definitely felt silly for not researching the transport enough before). We will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved our stay here in Dervio easily the best and cleanest place we stayed during our tour of Northern Italy. The B&B had a great authentic Italian feel to it, full of character and charm rather than feeling overly modern or generic. Location was perfect too, very easy to find, only a short walk from the train station, and then only a few minutes down to the waterfront and lake. Ideal base for exploring the area. The owner was brilliant and made us feel welcome straight away. We...

Very nice hotel in a great location

I loved the staff, the room, location and the great food. I would gladly come back. Molto grazie !

Staff were helpful and friendly, we used Google translate a lot. 10 minutes from Colico by Taxi (don't rely on the bus), where you can get the hydrofoil to other areas around Lake Como. Fantastic underground parking. The food in the restaurant was lovely and great service.
