"Suite" was way subpar to other Hampton suites. One staff member was incredibly rude, even reveling in it. (Complaint filed with HQ.) Elevator broken ALL 5 days I was there. Breakfast buffet was bare minimum. No quarters for laundry. AND.... power was out for 5 hours one night (in just half the hotel, my half, or course.) The brand new staff at the desk did not know how to reset the breakers for the down floors.) Every employee at the front desk (I spoke to) was new, and the supervisor had just given notice last week and was taking a new job.
