"Nice clean room. Excellent location for our needs. Nice tavern on site. The only downside was that the room was just above the kitchen exhaust, and the smell in the room wasn't the greatest. I don't know if other rooms had this same issue."

"There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. "

"Very awesome people they upgraded me to a way better room because my remote wouldnt work so i ended up with a mountain view with a king size bed and way bigger room with a deck people where very friendly and awesome definitely be back "

"The Inn was lovely and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The owners were warm and welcoming when we arrived and delightful to chat with. There was fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast in addition to baked goods and other freshly prepared options once we were seated. Five inches of snow fell the first evening enhancing beautiful scenery viewed from the dining room. We definitely plan on returning!"

"The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."

"We will not be staying at this motel again. We chose the accommodations because it was dog friendly, but after paying online we were charged another $35 per night for the dog. Upon check in. When we booked through Expedia and paid it was what we thought was the final cost. First night the TV didn’t.work properly and staff had to come in to reprogram. "This property is OK- depends on what you're looking for. POOL IS STILL CLOSED AS OF 5/3/26. We've stayed here a couple times because of its proximity to NHMS. Will we stay again? Oh probably. Pros: -Rooms are clean -Beds are comfortable -Close to both Concord and NHMS -Breakfast spread is alright Cons: -No pool currently -Rooms are not even remotely sound-proof. If people are having a conversation in the hallway, you're in on it too. -Gym equipment is ancient. The treadmill is worse than...

"The pool and spa were nice, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. Within 10 minutes, we had to kill four huge spiders in the room, which was very unsettling. The bathtub drain plug was broken, so I wasn’t able to give my 2-year-old a bath. On top of that, when I turned on the bathroom sink, the faucet handle piece that screws on fell of and was so stripped it wouldn’t stay on. I also asked for a late checkout and was told I could stay until 12 PM, but I was never informed...
