There is no reception so it's necessary to confirm an arrival time whereupon somebody will be on hand to let you in and show you around. Very helpful people run the place, I was in contact via WhatsApp a number of times pre arrival as we were delayed enough route. We got to Pisa unexpectedly late via Flixbus at 20:50 due to train strikes and the owner helped us to arrange...

"Right in the area with lots of restaurants and bars. So lots of choices. However, lots of noise too. Unfortunately the ac did not cool, just blew hot air, so had to have the door open. No kettle in the room and the shower only had warm water. Not great value"

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is ideal, close to the centre with just a 20 minute walk, and only 10 minutes to the airport by car. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, and communication was always quick and easy. The little touches made such a difference, especially the daily wine in our room and coffee available in the common areas. Francesco was incredibly kind and even helped us arrange a taxi. Everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming, all at a very reasonable...
