"Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is ideal, close to the centre with just a 20 minute walk, and only 10 minutes to the airport by car. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, and communication was always quick and easy. The little touches made such a difference, especially the daily wine in our room and coffee available in the common areas. Francesco was incredibly kind and even helped us arrange a taxi. Everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming, all at a very reasonable...

"The room was comfortable and roomy. It was literally right next to the Tower and Duomo complex! Staff was super friendly and spoke English well. I liked that they had someone available at a desk all day and that they could stow our luggage after we checked out. My only complaint was that our room was right next to the door and we could hear every time someone came in or out VERY clearly. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Pisa San Rossore station so if you’re coming by train, go there instead...

"This is a lovely hotel, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was clean with a large sky TV, coffee maker and air con. There was ample storage if you are staying more than 1 night and it is perfectly situated near to the railway station and approx. 25 min walk to the leaning tower. "
