"Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Lage und Service sind gut. Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker. Auch der Pool ist zu empfehlen. Einzig am Frühstücksbuffet herrscht durch die vielen Tourismus Gruppen zwischen 7 und 8:30 Chaos. Viele Essensreste stehen herum und man hat kaum Platz. Ab 8:30 ist dann alles sauber und gut. Das Personal kann diesen Sturm einfach nicht bewältigen. Früher waren Touristengruppen (vorwiegend aus Asien) und Individualgäste beim Frühstück getrennt....

"Stay overall was very good, very friendly staff, flexible checkin, affordable price, bed was very comfortable. I got a big balcony with the mountains view. The only small drawback was noisy fridge, but I didn’t need it. "We stayed here for one night whilst visiting Florence also.
