"They first put us in a tiny room that seemed like it was randomly added under the staircase. It was super loud, and they told us there were no other rooms available, but then we went back and complained and were given a proper room, and said that was the only one available. However, even that room - wasn't very clean, and there were lots of spiders and mosquitoes. Some were dead and stuck on the walls and in the shower that weren't cleaned up, and the others were flying around. Everything...

"The apartment was very, very small. The sofa bed in the apartment photos was open to a bed when we arrived. It was broken and could not be set back to a couch. The small round dining table was pushed into the already small kitchen so there was nowhere for three of us to sit other than the beds. There was toilet paper and towels but no napkins, paper towels, kitchen towels, sponges, or a coffee maker."

"Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Large bathroom, great shower. Convenient location and very helpful staff. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very tasty. Sealed snacks and fruit were available as well. Staff was helpful with directions and suggestions on what to see or where to eat. Highly recommend!!"
