Everyone at the reception was friendly and helpful, and Ashley gave me many great suggestions about the city. A special bonus was the live music performance by local musicians on a weekend afternoon. "Our one week stay in celebration of my wife's birthday at The Le Meridien Saigon Hotel was great. Our river view Club Access room was fantastic. The view of the river from our room made all of the difference as did the staff at the Club lounge. Tracy, Lang and Hanna at the Club Lounge were the best hostesses and made us feel at home, always smiling and very friendly, eager to please. "Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety and very delicious. The rooftop infinity pool with sauna and the pool bar are awesome- so very nice to be able to relax there after a hot day. Very surprised not many guests were taking advantage of that facility. "
