"Hotel was clean and comfortable "

"The room was hot. The AC didn’t work and they sent someone to do it, but it still didn’t work. The people were great. The bar was good and the rooftop bar. I don’t think I could come back again, though the area was a little bit much for me as well."

"The lobby area always smelled of grilled food and this was not an appetite stimulating aroma. The room was clean. The staff were very attentive and addressed issues quickly. The power shade was broken on check in and was repaired within minutes of notifying the staff. We also had an issue with our door lock. The battery went dead. Again within minutes the issue was resolved. Just do something about that lobby oder. It is not appealing. "

"The hotel itself is clean and well located, but the staff is poorly trained and inattentive. Had to call twice for housekeeping during our three night stay. Needed assistance with luggage when leaving. The attendant took forever to arrive and then showed up without a luggage cart. Supplies in the M club, such a cups and plates, often ran out with no one paying attention to the need to re-supply."

"This property is a couple years old. It is very clean, the staff is awesome. My room was set up like a studio so keep this in mind if traveling with kids. There is no separate section for kids. The sofa is located at the foot of the bed with a nice TV. There is a kitchen w/dishwasher. When you drive up to the hotel the valet will park your car. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, the stadium etc. Very convenient to a lot of entertainment. The complimentary breakfast was standard but nice. Overall stay was great. "

"This is an excellent place. Attentive staff and everything thought of. I will stay there again. I loved the roof top bar. The view is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed chic. "

"This was by far the loudest room I’ve ever been in. Hardly slept either night. Police sirens and motorcycles sound like they’re right outside your window. We were on the 10th floor, but it was still like being on street level. Would not stay again. A lot of the amenities are closed as well."
