"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. As a result, the area is busy from early in the morning until quite late at night. However, I requested a quiet room and was given one, which I really appreciated.
The room itself was quite basic and sparsely furnished, with only a relatively small window. The interior felt rather cold and lacked a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was...

"This hotel in an old building. That said, the elevator, air-conditioning, shower, toilet, all worked. The desk staff and doorman were very helpful. The breakfast was OK, but I was disappointed that it was an Ameri-Brit buffet. We chose this hotel because of location which was incredible. We were at the market in Chinatown. Very fun. The hop on hop off bus was a good value and was close. Fun shopping and food out the front door."

"Great location in Chinatown opposite Pentaling St. Room a little worn and couldn’t get TV to work but still a great concept and idea for a couple of nights stay and a novelty in particular for kids. Great AC in the rooms but none in the shared bathroom which was otherwise always clean."

"Kamarnya super kecil.. Meski nginap berdua tetap aja berasa sempit. Trus gak ada ekstra bed.. Agak kecewa karena gw bawa anak kecil. Breakfastnya roti setiap hari. Agak bosan rasanya tapi sebanding dgn sewa kamarnya yang lumayan murah. Suasana hotel lumayan bersih, gak berisik2 amat padahal lokasi hotel di tengah2 pusat pasar chinatown. Buat yang cuman numpang tidur, hotel ini ok lah."
