Room was clean, staff we’re really helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was great… The hotel’s location really worked for us as we had to travel into San Francisco (train station is 2 blocks/5min walk away) and also visit family in Oakland. Overall, a great hotel👍

This is ideal if you are on Amtrak as station is across bridge

Had no issues was very clean for my stop over used hotel for catching the calafirnia zepher the next day from emeryville amtrake station just over 10 mins away only negative was the price of food in the hotel apart from that everything was good

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. Excellent service and clean spacious room

We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Clean, easy to find and park

We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We will cherish our playtime with you all. Highly recommend your hotel and will forever sing your praises. Don’t ever change your doing great as you are.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds and towels are done and replaced daily with fresh ones. WiFi is not the best due to being located near the marina but most of the days were spent out of hotel. Rooms came with microwave and a fridge to store drinks and reheat food. Toilet is in good condition and usable. Stay was pleasant. I enjoyed it. Quiet area during the night.
