"The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. And everything appears to be new and well maintained. The artwork everywhere adds to the personality of the place. Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great. Very accommodating with the airport transfers and anything else that you ask about/for. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is quaint and has an historic charm. The staff is helpful, welcoming and pleasant . There is a very nice breakfast in a nice space on the roof top. The hotel is on a busy square, so at least from our room it was a bit noisy. Then again part of the charm, here, is the old town location."

They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask. "I checked in early and was prepared to pay a half day extra fare for checking in early. The hotel had availability and I needed privacy for an important business call. Instead of charging me a half day extra, the staff charged me for an additional full day at the highest rate possible. I accepted because I had no choice. But I will not return to Swissotel again.
