"Property was good and staff friendly. We were disappointed because at the time of booking we were informed by website that breakfast was included but at the hotel we found this was not so. We had to pay for the breakfast."

"We enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are renovations happening at the hotel. While the decor may be thought of as old in the lobby it is quite charming and welcoming! Our guest room was clean and refreshing, the bed quite comfortable. I’m not a fan of the smaller pillows but they we okay for the night. Location was good for our needs, and easy to find."

The location is excellent being steps away from the waterfront, restaurants, cafes and grocery store. A good place to stay that is fairly priced."

"No staff on hand. Key code to get in room. Was not anything like the advertised picture. Weeds outside 3 or 4 feet high. U hail trucks out front. Bed was hard as a rock. Coffee and tea there but no kettle or coffee maker so useless. Could hear everything in next room. Fog barking people talking. On highway 11 so very noisy with non stop traffic. Paid for 2 nights left after first night of no sleep. Never to return."

"I was in a car accident otw to the hotel. When I couldn't get there as a result, they refused to refund my money. I called right away..they had time to rent it to someone else...but they refused."

"Room door wouldn’t open after many tries. Then the hotel receptionist also had trouble and she said the lock was old. Eventually, it opened. Tap in bathroom sink needed 2 hands to open. Very tight to turn. Toilet kept running for about 25 minutes after each flush, therefore could not flush each time, especially at night. The back door to the hotel had no lock at all so anyone could come in and go right into the reception area or else go right upstairs to the 2 nd floor. Very unsafe for everyone....
