"This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "

Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. "Perfect location for attending guneral at Hope and Sons less than a block away. The area is very familiar to me as I walked down Bayview Rd to Queens for 4years. The convenience of Bays Junction BP for a decent coffee,Woolworths for a snack, a brief walk for a lovely breakfast at Nicholls garden centre and easy access to bus routes."
