"This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "

Gleich neben der Unterkunft ist ein tolles Frühstückrestaurant das OAKEN CAFE. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Ebenen verteilt und werden über Außentüren erreicht. Die Zimmer sind behaglich eingerichtet. "Location was perfect. Right by restaurants and shops. Parking also available. Two bedroom unit was good Instructions left for TV which is always helpful and there was a radio. Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again."
