"Our first stay at this property and it was a great surprise. Went for my 70th birthday and it was fantastic. Got a refurbished apartment and it was wonderful with everything you needed. Staff were great too especially the lady who managed the sunbeds. Perfect location for accessing the numerous bars and restaurants. Will be back a truly enjoyable holiday definitely a 10 out of 10"

"The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. "

However, we witnessed a group reporting suitcases having been stolen from their room on the evening of their arrival, with all clothing/passports/money having being taken from a 6th floor room! The staff did not seem to respond favourably, and they weren't taking this seriously- concerning!!"

"Comfortable and clean apartment with good balcony. No English speaking TV channels and no one advised us what the WiFi code was. Complementary water. No toiletries apart from hand soap. Basic kitchen area was also good, again no washing up liquid. We didn't use the pool or restaurant as we only stayed one night. Staff all very friendly. Good mercadona supermarket near by with other shops and restaurants. We would stay again. "
