"Reliable for a good night sleep"

"Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay."

"We stayed at this property back in 2018 when it was a Fairfield Inn and we had a great experience, however, it is no longer a Marriott property. We loved it for the location on Fort Walton Beach, and the fact that it's right on the water/Gulf. The beautiful sunsets were a huge draw and we were not disappointed. The property now is still nice. "This place was AMAZING!! We arrived earlier than expected- we were unable to check in immediately but we were given pool key and parking pass. We decided to explore a little and when we returned just to cool down and expected it to be a long while before we could check in- our room was ready. Our receptionist and General manager were great, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the refrigerator and small kitchenette. We will definitely be here again!! "There were crack heads walking around in their underwear, doors open with people laid out in bed (specifically women also in their underwear). The property itself is horribly maintained and very unclean. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed and go home with bed bugs."
