"We had an amazing time! Customer service was incredible and everyone greeted us with a smile. I booked the room for my grandson's 9th birthday, and expected everything to be expensive. The prices were very reasonable for our family of 6. We're already looking to book when the outdoor activities open up! Thank you Okana and Expedia for making our mini vaca memorable!"

"We arrived at 8:30 PM exhausted from a long drive and had to wait 52 mins to get our room. Supposedly it was being "inspected ". We had to speak to the front desk clerk 3 times and call the main hotel phone number to finally get our room assigned. We asked for the manager, but she never had the courtesy of coming to speak to us and explain what happened. The following day we got an email from the house keeping supervisor stating that they were sorry and would make up for this uncomfortable situation some way or the other. Up to now have not heard back from him. Terrible experience, we lost a dinner reservation and went to bed extremely upset. Nice hotel, but don't plan to stay here ever again!"
