"This was an excellent experience, cute house that we really enjoyed. The owners were amazing, very sweet and attentive over our three nights here. This is not a hotel stay, so don’t expect that. However they took amazing care of us, restocked some kitchen basics daily, etc. The only item we did have is that the bed, especially the floor mats in the larger room were uncomfortable. It’s just a thin mat on the floor, which was OK but if you need a mattress and struggle on the floor be aware."

"The staff was exceptional. I left my phone in a taxi and they helped me recover it. Since I don’t speak Korean, they helped translate and also made sure I didn’t get taken advantage of by making sure I paid only a reasonable amount as a return fee (part of Uber’s policy). "I stayed at Somerset Palace Seoul expecting a 4-star experience, but it felt closer to a poorly maintained 2-star property.
